They are seeking an experienced trademark lawyer to act as external counsel for the filing of trademarks, handling of searches, strategy development for protecting assets, including acting as a point of contact if there’s an infringement.
Ideal candidate will have experience of filing and searching trademarks across US, UK and EU, and strategy development to protect a brand IP and build a portfolio.
