Our client is seeking a Senior Employment Counsel with expertise in cross-border restructurings, M&A, and complex employment matters
The role involves advising on international M&A, managing UK employment tribunal claims, and supporting on senior exits and DSARs.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Global Legal Director and other teams on complex, cross-border issues. Experience with TUPE, pay transparency, transactional matters, and works councils would be a significant advantage.
Start date: ASAP, 5 days per week for 6+ mths. Hybrid/flexible
