Our client is a leading multinational insurance and financial services company. They are looking for 6 months paternity cover.
The Legal Team is comprised of two main sub-teams: Commercial & Corporate and Personal, Speciality & Pet. While both teams frequently collaborate, this role will primarily sit within the Personal, Speciality and Pet Lines team.
The Legal Team plays an active role in shaping strategic business decisions, providing commercially focused, solutions-oriented advice. Therefore, the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Primarily BAU commercial insurance matters, product distribution and partnerships in a heavily regulated fast paced environment. This role is not focused on contentious or non contentious claims.
- The team has a strong focus on collaboration, support, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have in-house insurance experience, as the client takes pride in handling most legal work internally to maintain high quality standards. Strong communication is essential as is adaptability, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
