Our client is a family-owned main contractor. They specialise in large-scale complex projects through their direct delivery capability, technical and engineering expertise, and proactive approach. The current Head of Legal is leaving, and they are looking for an interim lawyer to supervise their four paralegals while they look for a permanent hire.
This would suit an experienced construction lawyer with experience of both contentious and non-contentious construction law. reporting to the board, this is a critical role to ensure the smooth running of the department during this transition. This is for an initial 2-month term with scope to extend.
This role is inside IR35.
