Here’s how:
Step 1) Log in to Profile and choose the link to Time Tracking as shown:
Step 2) Click on “Time away” from the top menu, and then “Create new date”, as shown:
Step 3) Click to select the date or dates that you will not be available and they will turn red, then click the “Submit” button at the top of the Calendar. Note, you may have to scroll up to find this.
Step 4) You will then see a new window, where you can check the dates and add some notes, for example if you want to let us know that you have let your client know about your absence. When you are happy, click “Save”:
Step 5) You will see a success message to let you know that the Obelisk Central team have been alerted to your time away:
Step 6) Close the success message and click on “Time Away” again in the top menu bar and you will see a list of planned time you will be away.
